CADE & ENOIA engineering alliance to develop engineering multidisciplinary projects in Spain

Madrid-Athens, 2018 October 1stCADE Engineering and ENOIA S.A. announced today that they entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to jointly supply multidisciplinary engineering services to Spanish Oil Companies and EPC Contractors for refinery, petrochemical and energy projects.

The Joint venture is aimed at playing a significant role as engineering and procurement contractor for those Greenfield /Brownfield projects where the main engineering and design activities are located in Spain.

The alliance between CADE and ENOIA will deliver first class and competitive multidisciplinary engineering services, counting on an overall capacity exceeding one million engineering man-hours per year through its offices located in Europe, India and the MENA Region. The background of both companies comprises extensive experience and references on multidisciplinary engineering projects and specialized consulting services in Oil&Power sector for major international clients.

CADE founded on 2003 delivers specialized engineering, consulting and technology services around new and existing plants and equipment with special focus on Oil&Power. The company counts of two engineering centers in Spain (Madrid and Albacete), from which national and international clients and projects are served, as well as a commercial representative office in Rotterdam.

ENOIA is a multi-disciplinary and project management engineering company with a proven track record of 30 years International Experience in providing multi-disciplinary engineering services to End Users and EPC Contractors. The Group’s global network includes engineering excellence centers in Athens, Cairo, Dubai and Chennai, in addition to local offices in Kuwait, Lebanon and Abu Dhabi.
