CADE releases INNOSPRAY, its brand new own technology product

INNOSPRAY technology transforms liquid flows into powder by means of an innovative spray drying process. Development of this equipment has been focused on both technological (nanoparticles drying) and environmental (process waste water minimization) purposes. However, distinct applications will be possible.

The versatile design of this technology allows to process a wide range of compounds, flow capacities and drying air contact patterns in order to adapt its application to compounds of different nature and composition.

CADE spray dryer has been designed to provide a cost effective method to minimize process waste liquids protecting the environment and providing a real save in operation costs.

INNOSPRAY project has been carried out by counting on financial support of CDTI.

THE-NEED-FOR-AUTOMATION

The Need for Automation in the Area of Mechanics and Simulation

Modern industry demands efficiency, precision and speed, especially in the field of mechanical engineering and simulation. Automation has emerged as a crucial answer to these demands, and tools like Python and IronPython are leading this revolution, particularly in environments like ANSYS. In this post, we’ll explore why automation is essential

How using green oxygen can reduce the costs of green hydrogen

Green hydrogen, produced by electrolysis of water, is a promising option for the transition to a more sustainable and decarbonised energy economy. In this process, electricity, ideally obtained from renewable sources such as solar photovoltaics, is used to break down water (H2O) into hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2). This hydrogen
