On April 1, 2025, CADE Soluciones de Ingeniería SL had the honor of participating in the seminar “Alumni Visit”, part of the Cultural Days of the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering of Albacete (ETSIIAB). The event was held in the School’s Assembly Hall and brought together students, faculty, and professionals for a day focused on inspiration, career paths, and the connection between academia and the professional world.
Representing CADE, Víctor Manuel Almendros Abellán, Head of FEA Simulation at our company, led the session, sharing with attendees his career journey from his days as a student at ETSIIAB to his current role in a key technical position within our team.
A Story of Professional Growth with Academic Roots
During his presentation, Víctor offered the audience a close and realistic view of what it means to transition into the professional world, emphasizing how his education at ETSII Albacete laid the foundation for a solid career in the engineering sector. He also shared personal reflections on the challenges, lessons, and opportunities he has encountered along the way, highlighting the importance of attitude, continuous learning, and passion for technology as drivers of professional growth.
This experience served not only to inspire attending students but also to reaffirm the role of the university as a launching pad for successful professional careers. It also helped foster a sense of pride in belonging to an academic community with a strong focus on technology and innovation.
Commitment to the Future of Engineering
At CADE, we firmly believe in the value of building bridges between the educational and professional spheres.
