Women’s day at CADE

On the international women’s, we look back to stare at the evolution in recent years of the engineering sector, traditionally considered a world led by men.

More and more women are part of this sector, therefore, at CADE we break stereotypes by fostering a team made up of men and women, the essence of an organization adapted to current times and focused on a professional career plan designed for people. and on equal opportunities.

At CADE we promote the importance of reconciling work and family life, offering flexible hours to all its staff and valuing the professional skills acquired under equal conditions. More and more women are part of this team, occupying positions in different areas of the organization such as Technical Personnel or Project Engineer, and even in those positions that imply a certain degree of responsibility and team management such as Project Manager or women who They are part of the management team. Therefore, in the constant process of continuous improvement of the organization, CADE implemented in 2020, subsidized by the “Instituto de la Mujer de Castilla-La Mancha, an Equality Plan contributing to the ongoing maintenance of achieving an organization adapted to the reality of today.

Stress Analysis in FRP/GRP Piping According to ISO 14692 Standard

Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP/GRP) piping is widely used in industries such as oil & gas, water, and chemicals due to its corrosion resistance and reduced weight. However, its design and installation require precise stress analysis to ensure the structural and operational integrity of the system. The ISO 14692 standard provides

How Energy Savings in Refineries Depend on Steam Management

Steam is essential in refineries for processes such as heating, distillation, and power generation. However, leaks and condensate losses represent a multimillion-dollar waste in fuel, water, and efficiency. Addressing these issues not only reduces costs but also minimizes emissions and improves sustainability. The Hidden Cost of Steam Leaks A single

Explosive Atmospheres: Concept, Classification, and ATEX Parameters

What is an Explosive Atmosphere? An explosive atmosphere is defined as a mixture of air with flammable substances (gases, vapors, mists, or dusts) which, under normal conditions of pressure and temperature, can ignite upon contact with an ignition source. This mixture contains a sufficient concentration of the flammable substance in

When to perform a Water Hammer Analysis?

Purpose of Water hammer analysis One of the main purposes of water hammer analysis is to determine surge pressure or maximum expected pressure during transient conditions. This is of particular interest to evaluate operative scenarios: When a pump is suddenly stopped, a valve is closed, or any other scenario that
