Once again this year, we are proud to have taken part in the closing ceremonies of the Formación Profesional Dual (Spanish dual vocational training) programs we have collaborated with during this academic year:
- Dualtec (Monday, December 2)
- DITEC (Tuesday, December 3)
These ceremonies recognized the dedication of the students and the collaboration of the companies that have been an essential part of these projects. In our case, we hosted students from the Web Development and Executive Assistance courses, who completed their work placements with us, contributing to the development of key projects in their respective areas.
Talent: an investment in the future
As part of our commitment to training and learning, we are pleased to announce that, following his excellent performance during the DUALTEC program, we have brought Raúl Moreno on board as part of CADE’s IT team. This step reinforces our commitment to offering students real opportunities to begin their professional careers in a dynamic environment focused on talent development.
The DITEC 2024 Project involved 12 students from IES Leonardo da Vinci in Albacete, who completed 120 hours of advanced technical training in areas such as data analysis, business intelligence with Power BI, e-commerce strategies and social media management.
This year, the program achieved a 60% employability rate, a result that demonstrates the commitment of Albacete’s business community to developing young talent and to recruiting qualified profiles to lead the digital transformation.

Our collaboration with these programs reinforces our active responsibility towards training new generations, strengthening the working and academic environment, and the sustainable development of our community. We are convinced that supporting education and making room for future professionals not only benefits young people but also enriches and modernizes the business community.
