Engineering and Consulting
Highly specialized engineering and consulting to design, assess and optimize industrial facilities and assets, ensuring their integrity, availability and performance throughout their entire life cycle.
An industrial asset has to be designed well, operate without failures and last as long as intended. When any of that fails, the cost shows up on site or in operation.
Plant owners who need engineering or an independent technical assessment; engineering firms and EPC contractors who need capacity in specific disciplines; manufacturers who have to justify a design against a code or to a client; and insurers and funds who need to quantify a technical risk.

Engineering and consulting services
CADE covers the life cycle of an industrial asset with four service lines: the engineering that defines it, the simulation that sizes it, the assessment of its integrity in operation and the project management that builds it.
Engineering
Whatever is not resolved in engineering shows up later on site or in operation, at greater cost and with longer lead times. CADE carries out conceptual, basic and detailed engineering across all disciplines and handles permitting, from a single piece of equipment to a complete plant.
Simulation
Flows, dynamic loads, fatigue or complex geometries cannot always be solved with code formulas. CADE models them using finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics to size with the real margin, without oversizing.
- Finite element analysis (FEA / FEM)
- Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
- Advanced structural engineering
Integrity
An asset in operation accumulates damage from corrosion, fatigue or creep, and the question is how long it can continue to operate safely. CADE assesses its integrity and remaining life and investigates the root cause of failures.
- Integrity assessment
- Remaining life
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- Forensic engineering
- Inspection and quality
Project services
Delays and cost overruns in an industrial project usually originate in the coordination between engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction. CADE manages and supervises the project through all its phases, from engineering to operation.
- Project management
- Engineering and design
- Procurement and fabrication
- Construction and erection
- Commissioning and start-up
- Operation and maintenance
- HSE and quality
Digital twins
A digital twin combines the simulation model of a piece of equipment with its operating data to track its condition in real time, anticipate failures and estimate its remaining life. CADE applies it to critical equipment with SimulTWIN, its real-time simulation platform.
