Integrated Management Policy

The Management of CADE SOLUCIONES DE INGENIERÍA, S.L. (hereinafter CADE), aware of the importance of quality, sound environmental management, continuous innovation and information security systems in today’s and tomorrow’s business environment, seeks to achieve them by implementing an Integrated Management System in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 for the provision of “EXPERT ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING” services, focused generally on three fields: “PROCESS EQUIPMENT / INDUSTRIAL PLANTS / PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION”, with the following scope:

"EXPERT ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING FOR PROCESS EQUIPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL PLANTS, PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION FOR THE ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR"

In addition, through an R&D&I management system based on UNE 166002:2014, integrated with the other systems, CADE provides internal and external services in:

"R&D&I IN PRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES, RENEWABLE TECHNOLOGIES AND ENERGY STORAGE"

The Integrated Management Policy sets out the position of the Management and of every person at CADE regarding their responsibility within the Integrated Management System.

The Management of CADE has decided to develop and publicly disseminate its Integrated Management Policy Statement, which will henceforth form part of the company’s activities.

To adapt to the current and future needs of all interested parties (employees, clients, suppliers, partners…) and to promote continuous improvement, CADE undertakes to provide an Integrated Management service focused on full client satisfaction.

The basic principles of this policy are:

  • Quality Management, Environmental Management, R&D&I and information systems are understood as fulfilling the commitments agreed with our clients, employees, suppliers, partners and other interested parties.
  • Interested parties will have access to the organization’s policies and, on request, to the vision, strategies and policies of each of the organization’s subsystems.
  • To encourage learning and continuous improvement within the organization, improvement measures and successes will be communicated internally and, where appropriate, to the external interested parties defined by the Management.
  • Quality, Environmental, R&D&I and information systems management are understood as compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the company, both in general and specifically for the provision of its services.
  • The R&D&I management system will provide adequate technological capabilities to develop new products or processes within the deadlines clearly set by the market.
  • Inclusion of new products and services in line with the latest market developments, taking an active part in the trend of enabling technologies in industry.
  • The satisfaction of our clients, employees, suppliers, partners, other interested parties and society in general is the measure of our success.
  • The Integrated Management System will be managed with the appropriate organization it requires.
  • Compliance with the Integrated Management System procedures.
  • Compliance with the internal procedures defined for Information Security Management, to assure interested parties of the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed by our organization. Interested parties may access CADE’s Security Policies at any time on request.
  • A preventive rather than corrective approach, that is, assessing in advance the possible future effects that our activities could have on the IMS.
  • Periodically defining and reviewing the objectives and targets set to comply with the Integrated Management Policy and the organization’s strategies.
  • The continuous improvement of our processes will also aim to improve the Integrated Management System itself.
  • Sustainable development, respect for the environment and pollution prevention.
  • External and internal organizations must relate to one another as client and supplier.
As a course of action, the company’s Integrated Management System (developed in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, UNE 166002:2014 and ISO 27001:2013) is applied in its broadest sense, so that:
  • The Integrated Management System is managed within an internationally established framework that allows us to obtain certification verifying that our processes comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and UNE 166002:2014.
  • Each person is responsible for the quality of their work, for the security of the information they handle and its verification according to the established plans, and for good environmental management in their position.
  • Reduce or maintain the consumption and waste generation required for our activities, in order to protect the environment.

The Management of CADE, taking into account the expectations of our organization’s interested parties, has set up the R&D&I unit, establishing the following operating principles for it:

  • To provide CADE with technological development capability for a better competitive position.
  • To implement and maintain a process of continuous improvement of R&D&I activities and of the organization in general.
  • To control and minimize the technological risks CADE may face.
  • To ensure that the R&D&I projects launched meet the applicable requirements and specifications.
  • To develop and permanently maintain competitive intelligence, technology watch and foresight, creativity, and the proposal and selection of ideas within our company.
  • To involve and motivate staff in R&D&I to achieve a high technological capability, not only in the specific R&D&I area, instilling an innovative vision in every activity of the organization.

For these reasons, the Management of CADE has created the aforementioned R&D&I unit, following the UNE 166002 standard.
